Oven Roasted Baby Red Potatoes

  Delicious Baby Red Potatoes Roasted in olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Ingredients:
  1 Pound   Baby Red Potatoes
  2 Tablespoons   Rosemary
    Olive Oil
  1 Tablespoon   Garlic Powder
    Salt
    Pepper
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Rinse potatoes and pat dry. Cut potatoes into small, bite-size chunks and place on a flat roasting pan. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste. Roast potatoes for 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
