Oriental Salad with Grilled Chicken

  An oriental inspired salad with crunch. Add grilled chicken and it can be a one stop entree. Substitute your own vegetables to find your perfect combination!
Ingredients:
  2   boneless chicken breasts
  1 bag   salad greens
  1   red bell pepper, chopped
  1   red onion, chopped (optional)
  1   medium cucumber, thinly sliced (optional)
  1 bag   sliced almonds
  2 handfuls   crunchy chow mein noodles
  1   bottle of oriental salad dressing
    sesame seeds
    broccoli, chopped (optional)
    pea pods (optional)
Directions:
  Lightly season chicken breasts with salt & pepper. Grill over medium high heat until chicken is cooked through. Remove and cut into bite-sized chunks. Set aside.

Add all salad ingredients in a bowl and toss thoroughly. Add the chicken and give another toss.

Serve with dressing on side.
