Oriental Chicken Salad

  Nice light salad, great for summer nights.
Ingredients:
  1 Head   Cabbage, shredded (or prepared slaw mix)
  1 cup   slivered almonds
  3 tbls   sesame seeds
  2 bunches   green onions, chopped
  2 cups   cooked chicken (choopped) or out of the can
  2 3 oz pkg   Top Ramen Chicken flavored noodles
    DRESSING
    Top Ramen season packet
  1/2 cup   sugar
  1/4 cup   tarragon vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  1/4 cup   vegetable oil
  1/2 tsp   pepper
  2 tbsl   soy sauce
Directions:
  Toast almonds and sesame seeds in skillet with cooking spray until golden brown

Break nnoodles into small pieces.

Mix cabbage, chicken, geen onions, noodles and toasted almonds and seeds

DRESSING

Mix all the dressing the dressing ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until well blended. Or you can use a dressing shaker jar.

Combine the dressing, slaw and noodles and mix well.

Chill until serving
