Oriental Cabbage Salad

  Coleslaw dressed up
Ingredients:
  1 med   head cabbage, sliced fine
  1 med   green pepper, sliced fine
  2 Tbsp   sesame seeds
  1/2 C   slivered almonds
  1 pkg   ramen noodles, crushed, reserve seasoning packet
  1 Tbsp   sugar
  3 Tbsp   vinegar
  1/2 C   vegetable oil
  1 tsp   salt
  1/4 tsp   pepper
  1   seasoning packet from noodles
Directions:
  Mix for dressing:
1 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp vinegar, 1/2 C vegetable oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and seasoning packet. Set aside.

Mix cabbage and green pepper; add dressing. Mix well. Chill for at least 4 hours.

Add seeds, almonds, and noodles just before serving.
