Nonnies Potatoes Herbed

Ingredients:
  3 pound   potatoes
  4 tbsp   olive oil
  1 tsp   rosemary
  1 tsp   sage
  1 tsp   thyme
  1 tsp   salt
  1/2 tsp   pepper
Directions:
  Boil potatoes with skins on until almost tender. Drain. Cut into 1" cubes. Mix together spices. Toss spices, oil and potatoes together. Bake at 425degrees for 45 minutes
