potatoes |

olive oil |

rosemary |

sage |

thyme |

Directions: |
|
Boil potatoes with skins on until almost tender. Drain. Cut into 1" cubes. Mix together spices. Toss spices, oil and potatoes together. Bake at 425degrees for 45 minutes
