Never Fail Dumplings

  Light and fluffy
Ingredients:
  1 C   milk
  1 dash   salt
  2   eggs, lightly beaten
  1 1/2 C   flour
  2 tsp   baking powder
Directions:
  Combine all ingredients until well mixed; drop in broth. Cover and cook for 20 min without looking. Lifting cover will cause the dumplings to flop.
