My Favorite Pumpkin Bread with a twist!

  Pumpkin bread with mini chocolate chips!
Ingredients:
  3 1/4 cups   flour
  3 cups   sugar
  2 tsp   baking soda
  1 1/2 tsp   salt
  1 tsp   ground nutmeg
  1 tsp   ground cinnamon
  2 cups   solid pack pumpkin puree
  2/3 cups   water
  1 cup   miniature chocolate chips
  1 cup   vegetable oil
  4   eggs
  1/2 cup   chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 350 degress. Grease and flour three 7 x 3 inch pans.

Measure flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and spices into a large bowl

Stir to blend

Add pumpkin, water, vegetable oil, eggs, chocolate chips and nuts (optional).

Beat until well combines. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake for approximately 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
