Mustard Bread

  I must eat this when I have my New Orleans Red Beans and Rice. My mom is an absolute mustard fanantic and she's rubbed off on me!
Ingredients:
  1 loaf   french bread
  1 stick   butter, softened
  1/2 cup   yellow mustard
Directions:
  Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices. Spread with butter. Spread liberally with mustard. That's it. Eat with saucy bean or meat dishes.

Optional: Toast the buttered bread under the broiler first, then spread with mustard. The point of this is to have the cold mustard in contrast to your hot entree.
