Monte Cristo Sandwich

milk |

8 slices |

4 slices |
|
turkey |

ham |

4 slices |
|
swiss cheese |
|
1 Tbsp |
|
butter/margarine |
|

Thousand Island Dressing |
Directions: |

In a pie pan, beat eggs and milk. Make sandwiches with 1 slice each turkey, ham, and swiss cheese, and 2 slices bread. Warm skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Carefully dip sandwiches into egg mixture to coat, and lay in hot pan. Cook, turning once, until sandwiches are browned on both sides, about 4-6 min. total. Serve with thousand island dressing for dipping.
