Mock Kolache/Hot Pocket made with refrigerated dinner dough |
Ingredients: |

1 Pkg |
|
Pillsbury Dinner Roll Dough |
|
4 |
|
Eggs |
|
|
|
Skim Milk |
|
|
|
No Fat Cream Cheese |
|
|
|
Onion, grated |
|
|
|
Bacon/Sausage - Turkey |
|
|
|
Fresh Spinach or leftover veggies |
|
|
|
Salt & Pepper to taste |
Directions: |

Roll out dough, pressing seams to make solid dough. Cut in 4" squares.
Soft scramble eggs with milk & cream cheese. Fry bacon and onion, crumble bacon/sausage. Steam fresh spinach and cut in small pieces (or use other leftover veggies). Mix ingredients & put portions in dough squares. Fold edges to form closed pockets. Place, seam down, on Pam sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
