Mixed Bean Salad

  Colorful and full of flavor.
Ingredients:
  1 can   green beans
  1 can   wax beans
  1 can   kidney beans
  1/2 C   green pepper, diced
  1/2 C   onion, diced
  3/4 C   sugar
  2/3 C   white vinegar
  1/3 C   vegetable oil
  1 tsp   pepper
  1 tsp   salt
Directions:
  Drain and rinse beans. Place in large bowl. Add green pepper and onion. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over beans; toss lightly to coat. Refrigerate at least 24 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
