Mixed Bean Salad

Ingredients: |

1 can |
|
green beans |
|
1 can |
|
wax beans |
|
1 can |
|
kidney beans |
|
1/2 C |
|
green pepper, diced |
|
1/2 C |
|
onion, diced |
|
3/4 C |
|
sugar |
|
2/3 C |
|
white vinegar |
|
1/3 C |
|
vegetable oil |
|
1 tsp |
|
pepper |
|
1 tsp |
|
salt |
Directions: |
|
Drain and rinse beans. Place in large bowl. Add green pepper and onion. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over beans; toss lightly to coat. Refrigerate at least 24 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
