Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients:
  2 pkgs   8oz cream cheese
  1/2 cup   sugar
  1/2 tsp   vanilla
  2   eggs
  12   OREO cookies
    Fruit Topping
Directions:
  Heat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended.

Place 1 cookie on bottom of each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups; top with cream cheese mixture to close to the top.

Bake 20 minutes or until centers are almost set. Cool. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Top with fruit topping.
