Mexican Casserole with Fritos (JP)

  Mexican casserole
Ingredients:
  1.50 lbs   ground beef
  1/4 c   onions, chopped
  1 small can   green chilies, diced
  8 oz jar   medium taco sauce
  1 can   cream of mushroom soup
  1 small can   evaporated milk
  8 oz   cheddar cheese, diced
  12 oz   corn chips
    salt
    pepper
Directions:
  Spread chips in pan. Mix all, put on chips.

Bake 30 min @ 350 degrees.
