Mexican Baked Corn (JP)

  mexican baked corn
Ingredients:
  3 c   frozen corn
  2 cans   creamed corn
  2 each   eggs
  1 c   milk
  2 Tbsp   onion, chopped
  1 dash   pepper
  1 dash   salt
  1 Tbsp   sugar
  1 c   american cheese, diced
  1 pkg   Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions:
  Mix all ingredients. Bake or crock pot.
