Mels Nachos

  Nachos
Ingredients:
  3/4 lb   ground beef
  1 can   rotel
  1 box   velveeta cheese
  1 can   black olives
  1 can   green olives
  1 bg   tortilla chips
  1 cup   diced tomatoes or grape tomatoes
  1 pkg   taco seasoning
  1 jar   salsa chunky
  1 bg   mexican blend grated cheese
  1 cup   shredded lettuce

Directions:
cook and season hamburger (can do this ahead of time), spread thick single layer of chips (not entire bag) into large baking dish. Spread cooked hamburger mix over top of that, then layer of grated cheese, top with olives sprinkled.
Bake 25 minutes in oven set to 400,

In sauce pan, add rotel and velveeta cheese until melted and blended. serve over hamburger and cheese mix. serve with salsa, sour cream, tomatoes and green onions as garnish
