Meatloaf w/ Cream Mushroom Soup

  Mushroom Meatloaf
Ingredients:
Directions:
  Crush crackers until fine. Add soup mix (opt.), eggs and 1/2 can of canned soup. Add mixture to hamburger and mix well. Put into a greased bread pan. Place covered in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and uncover. Mix milk with remaining canned soup and top the meatloaf with mixture. Place back into oven for 15-20 minutes, uncovered.
