Meatballs with Gravy

  great comfort food
Ingredients:
  1 1/2 Lb   ground beef
  1 C   old-fashioned oats
  1 tsp   seasoning salt
  1 pkg   dry onion soup mix
  3 Tbsp   dry minced onion
  2   eggs, beaten with 1/4 c water
  2 cans   cream of mushroom soup
  1 1/2 cans   milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  Mix beef, oats, seasoning salt, onion soup mix, minced onion, and egg mixture together until well combined. Scoop out with an ice cream scoop with a flipper on it for even sized meatballs. Place in skillet with 2-3 Tbsp oil. Cook on medium heat until cooked through, about 15-20 min. Combine mushroom soup with milk; pour over meatballs. Cook until heated through, about 5-10 min. Add salt and pepper to taste.
