Mayoros - Porcupine Meatballs

Porcupine Meatballs otherwise known as stuffed peppers. |
Ingredients: |

1.50 lbs |
|
ground sirloin |
|
0.75 cup |
|
white rice |
|
0.50 tsp |
|
salt and pepper |
|
4 |
|
green peppers |
|
6 cans |
|
Tomato Soup |
|
2 tbs |
|
brown sugar |
Directions: |
|
Mix sirloin, rice, salt and pepper together. Loosely pack each green pepper 3/4 full. Make meatballs out of remaining mixture.
Preheat 6 cans of soup together with 3 cans of water. Stir in brown sugar. Add meatballs. Bake covered 1.5 - 2 hours in oven at 325.
