Mash Potatoes

  Potatoes Mashed
Ingredients:
  10 Med   Red Potatoes
    Water
    Salt
  4 TBS   Country Crock Butter
  1/2 Cup   Skim Milk
Directions:
  Wash, peel and quarter potatoes. Place in a pan and cover completely with water. Boil until soft. Drain. Add butter. Mix with a mixer. Add milk. Mix. Add salt to taste.
