Mandarin Chicken

Requires at least 6 hours or overnight to prep chicken in marinade. |
Ingredients: |

4oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast |
|
3 tbsp |
|
frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
|
3 tbsp |
|
low sodium soy sauce |
|
1 tbsp |
|
garlic (minced) |
|
1 tbsp |
|
hot sesame oil |
|
1 tsp |
|
chili garlic sauce or chili paste |
|
1/4 cup |
|
Mandarine oranges, Canned, unsweetened |
Directions: |

Mix concentrate, soy sauce, garlic, oil and chili paste in resealable plastic bag. Gently stir in oranges and juice. Add chicken to marinade for at least 6 hours, or overnight, rotating once or twice to coat.
Preheat oven to 400. Put chicken in glass baking dish and pour marinade over the top. Cover with foil and bake 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
