Mandarin Chicken

  Better than chinese take out and healthier too!
Requires at least 6 hours or overnight to prep chicken in marinade.
Ingredients:
  6 ea   4oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  3 tbsp   frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  3 tbsp   low sodium soy sauce
  1 tbsp   garlic (minced)
  1 tbsp   hot sesame oil
  1 tsp   chili garlic sauce or chili paste
  1/4 cup   Mandarine oranges, Canned, unsweetened
Directions:
  Mix concentrate, soy sauce, garlic, oil and chili paste in resealable plastic bag. Gently stir in oranges and juice. Add chicken to marinade for at least 6 hours, or overnight, rotating once or twice to coat.

Preheat oven to 400. Put chicken in glass baking dish and pour marinade over the top. Cover with foil and bake 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
