Macaroni and Cheese 2

Oven baked Mac & cheese |
Ingredients: |

1/2 lb |
|
elbow Macaroni |
|
1 tbsp |
|
butter |
|
1 |
|
egg |
|
1 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1 tsp |
|
Mustard Powder |
|
1 tbsp |
|
water |
|
3 cup |
|
cheddar cheese |
|
1 cup |
|
milk |
|
1/2 cup |
|
croutons, crushed |
Directions: |
|
Heat oven to 350.
Cook Macaroni and drain. Stir in butter and egg. Mix mustard, salt, and water. Add to Macaroni.
Stir in most of cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish. Add milk (do not dump in, but distribute evenly) Top with remaining cheese and courtons.
Bake 45 minutes or until browned
