Lo Carb Waffles

  use of soy flour and whole wheat flour make these a good high protein low carb tuck in, don't have to do away with waffles / pancakes or biscuits with this recipe.
Ingredients:
  1 1/2 c   whole wheat flour
  1 1/2 c   soy flour
  1/4 tsp   salt
  1/4 c   margarine or real butter
  1 1/2 c   milk
  3 tsp   baking powder
Directions:
  Mix all dry ingredients together first, it just makes it easier to distribute the flours together as well as getting the baking powder throughout without clumps. Add your liquid ingredients. Mix well. Add milk according to the consistency that you want (thinner for pancakes, thicker for waffles). Heat up griddle or waffle iron. Cook accordingly.
