Lentil and mushroom salad

  Vegetables
Ingredients:
  2 Cups   Tinned lentils
  2 cups   Chopped Mushrooms
  2 cups   Green peas
  0.50 cup   Chopped green & red pepper
  4 tsp   Olive oil
  4 slices   wholegrain seedbread
    salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
  Combine lentils, mushrooms, peas, green & red pepper an olive oil.
Season to taste
