boneless, skinless chicken breast halves |
Directions: |

Preheat the oven to 350
Combine the garlic, juice from 1.5 of the lemons, salt to taste, and pepper in a casserole dish. Add the chicken breasts and spoon some of the juice over each. Cut the remaining lemon half into 4 slices and place 1 slice on top of each chicken breast.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (no pink shows in the middle)
