cream of chicken soup |

rotel tomatoes |

cubed, cooked chicken |

chedder cheese (shredded) |

corn tortilla (torn into bitesize) |
| Directions: |
| |
-Melt butter in pan, add bell pepper $ onion
cook over med heat until tender
-Blend in soup, chicken, tomatoes & heat through
-Place layer of 4 tortillas in 13x9 pan
-Top w/1/3 tomato mix then 1/3 cheese
-Repeat 2 times
-Bake at 325 for 40 min
