Ken's Mexican Lasagna

  a fun twist on nachos
Ingredients:
  1.50 lbs   Ground Beef
  16 oz   corn tortilla chips
  2 cns   refried beans
  1 cn   diced olives
  2 pk   taco seasoning
  6 oz   sour cream
  6 oz   mild salsa
  6 oz   quacamole
Directions:
  preheat oven to 375

brown and drain the ground beef, then add the taco seasoning

heat the refried beans separately

in a 13 inch casserole dish layer the lasagna as follows:

chips, beef,cheese, chips, beans, cheese, olives

bake for 20 mins

serve garnished to taste with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole
