Delicious! Traditional meat lasagna with savory tomato sauce and two types of cheese! |
Ingredients: |

1.50 lb. |
|
ground beef |
|
6 oz. |
|
tomato paste |
|
1 tsp. |
|
salt |
|
1/2 tsp. |
|
oregano |
|
8 oz. |
|
mozarella cheese |
|
2 cloves |
|
garlic, minced |
|
1 can |
|
tomatoes |
|
3/4 tsp. |
|
pepper |
|
8 oz. |
|
lasagna noodles |
|
12 oz. |
|
cottage cheese |
Directions: |
|
Brown ground beef and garlic. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano. Cover and simmer 20 mins. Cook noodles. Heat oven to 350. Alternate layers: 1/3 sauce, 1/2 noodles, cottage cheese, 1/3 sauce, 1/2 noodles, mozarella cheese and 1/3 sauce. Bake 20-30 mins.
