Keilbasa and Peppers

Sauteed peppers, onions and turkey sausage. Served with hot rice. |
Ingredients: |

Turkey Keilbasa |
|
1 tsp |
|
garlic salt |
|
1 tsp |
|
black pepper |
|
1 tsp |
|
onion powder |
|
1 tsp |
|
italian seasoning |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
red pepper flakes |
|

large red/orange/yellow peppers |
|

large onion |

2 tbsp |

olive oil |
Directions: |
|
Heat olive oil in pan.Slice sausage into thin rounds. Brown in olive oil. Slice peppers and onions into thin strips. Add all seasoning to saute pan- stir to incorporate evenly. Add peppers and onions to pan. Saute on medium head, stirring frequently, until peppers are cooked.
Serve with hot rice.
