Keilbasa and Peppers

serves: 4
  Sauteed peppers, onions and turkey sausage. Served with hot rice.
Ingredients:
  1 pkge   Turkey Keilbasa
  1 tsp   garlic salt
  1 tsp   black pepper
  1 tsp   onion powder
  1 tsp   italian seasoning
  1/4 tsp   red pepper flakes
  2   large red/orange/yellow peppers
  1   large onion
  2 tbsp   olive oil
Directions:
  Heat olive oil in pan.Slice sausage into thin rounds. Brown in olive oil. Slice peppers and onions into thin strips. Add all seasoning to saute pan- stir to incorporate evenly. Add peppers and onions to pan. Saute on medium head, stirring frequently, until peppers are cooked.

Serve with hot rice.
