Joan's Fried Pork Loins

Fried pork loins. You can use chicken, steak, or fish (adjust oil and cooking times). |

Egg |
|
1 Dash |
|
Milk |
|
1 1/2 Cup |
|
Flour |
|
|
|
Garlic Powder |
|

Paprika |
|

Salt |
|

Pepper |

EVOO |
Directions: |
|
In a medium frying pan heat EVOO (enough to cover bought bottom of the pan). Mix egg and milk in shallow dish and put flour in a separate shallow dish. Wash and season pork with garlic powder. paprika, salt and pepper. Coat in egg/milk mix and then dredge in flour. This should be done 2 times for each pork loin. Carefully put pork in hot oil. Let one side cook fully before turning (about 3-5 min depending on porks thickness). When done both side should be a brown color. Remove and place on wire rack to help remove excess oil.
