Jen's White Chicken Chili

  My daughter-in-law gave me this recipe. Start with 1/2 tsp cumin and add to individual servings to taste. Cumin can be very strong - be careful :)
Ingredients:
  4 half   chicken breasts
  1 32 oz. box   gluten free chicken stock
  1 large   onion/diced
  4 cloves   garlic
  2 cans   green chilis
  1 can   rotel
  1 tsp   salt
  1 tsp   oregano
  2 tsp   cumin
  48 oz.   great northern white beans
  1 16 oz.   sour cream
  2 10 oz. bags   tortilla chips
Directions:
  Boil chicken breasts and cube. Combine all ingredients and cook in a crock pot until flavors blend.

Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
