Jen's White Chicken Chili

My daughter-in-law gave me this recipe. Start with 1/2 tsp cumin and add to individual servings to taste. Cumin can be very strong - be careful :) |
Ingredients: |

chicken breasts |
|
1 32 oz. box |
|
gluten free chicken stock |
|
1 large |
|
onion/diced |
|
4 cloves |
|
garlic |
|
2 cans |
|
green chilis |
|
1 can |
|
rotel |
|
1 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1 tsp |
|
oregano |
|
2 tsp |
|
cumin |
|
48 oz. |
|
great northern white beans |
|
1 16 oz. |

sour cream |
|
2 10 oz. bags |

tortilla chips |
Directions: |

Boil chicken breasts and cube. Combine all ingredients and cook in a crock pot until flavors blend.
Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
