Italian Turkey Burger

  Bob Harper - The Skinny Way
Ingredients:
    Olive Oil Spray
  10 oz   Ground white turkey meat
  4 T   canned crushed tomatoe
  1 t   Italian Seasoning - dried
  1 T   Parmesan cheese - grated
Directions:
  1 - Heat small Skillet - coat with Olive Oil spray
2 - In a small bowl, comine all ingredients and mix well, using your hands. Form into a patty
3 - Palce patty in the skillet and sear for 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in the center.

Makes 1 4 oz patty and 1 6 oz patty
