Indian Burgers

  Delicious and different with a peanut ginger spread! Serve in toasted pita bread halves.
Ingredients:
  1 lb   ground turkey
  1/2 lb   ground beef 80/20
  4   chopped green onions
  4   garlic cloves, minced
  2 tbsp   mango chutney
  2 tbsp   water
  1 tbsp   cilantro
  1/4 cup   natural peanut butter
  2 tsp   crystalized ginger, minced
Directions:
  Gently mix everything together, except peanut butter and ginger. Form into 6 oval patties. Grill or broil about 5 minutes per side, until done. Toast pita halves in toaster, on grill or in broiler. Mix together the peanut butter and ginger and spread into the hot pitas. Stuff a burger patty into each pita half and serve hot.
