Houser Italian Beef

  I use the leftover Italian beef and broth to make my Beef and Noodles.
Ingredients:
  1 4lb   Roast
  2 boxes   Beef Broth
  1 pkg   Good Seasons Italian Seasoning
  1 pkg   hoagie rolls
  1 Jar   Sliced Pepperocinis
  1 pkg   Sliced Provolone Cheese
Directions:
  Place 2 boxes of beef broth and roast in crock pot just before bed, let it cook on low all night. In the morning take roast out of crock pot, but leave beef broth, add to beef broth 1 package of italian seasonings and the juice from the jar of pepperocinis. Shred roast and put shredded roast back into crock pot with the broth mixture. Let it stay in the crock pot on warm for the rest of the day. About 1/2 hour before you serve the italian beef add the peppers left without the broth to the crock pot. Place on Hoagie rolls and enjoy. You can also add provolone cheese to the sandwhich if you wish.
