Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients:
  3 TBSP   honey
  3 TBSP   spicey brown mustard
  2 TBSP   vegetable oil
  2 limes   1 juiced and 1 sliced
  4   chicken breast
  2   sweet potatoes
  3 TBSP   olive oil
  2 TBSP   chives
Directions:
  In ziploc bag combine honey, mustard, oil and lime juice. Add chicken and let it marinate at room temp. for 20 mins.

In large saucepan combine the potatoes and enough salted water to cover bring to a boil. Cook potatoes for 20 mins then dran and cool slightly. Slice potatoes lengthwise into 1 inch slices. Transfer to bowl and toss with olive oil salt and pepper.

Preheat grill to med-high. Add chicken and potatoes cover grill and cook 10 minutes on each side.

Serve chicen with lime wedges and potatoes. Serve with tossed salad.
