  1 Cup   Honey
  3 Cups   Flour, Cake
  1 teaspoon   Baking Powder
  1 teaspoon   Baking Soda
  1 teaspoon   Cinnamon
  1/2 teaspoon   Ginger
  1/2 teaspoon   Nutmeg
  1/2 Cup   Almonds, blanched, chopped (reserve a few for the top)
