Homemade BBQ Sauce Meatballs

These meatballs are filling and have a wonderful smokey BBQ flavor. Something everyone will enjoy! |
Ingredients: |

1/2 c |
|
Milk |
|
3 lbs |
|
ground beef |
|
2 c |
|
Oats |
|
2 |
|
eggs, slightly beaten |
|
1/2 c |
|
chopped onion |
|
1 tbsp |
|
minced garlic |
|
2 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
pepper |
|
2 c |
|
Catsup for Sauce |
|
3/4 c |
|
brown sugar for Sauce |
|
2 tbsp |
|
liquid smoke for Sauce |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
minced garlic for Sauce |
|
1/4 c |
|
finely chopped onion for Sauce |
Directions: |

Mix together all meatball ingredients. Shape into 2 inch balls (twice the size of a golf ball). Place in one layer in 9x13 inch dish.
Mix together all sauce ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Spoon sauce over meatballs.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hours.
