Rice-a-roni without having to buy the mix |
Ingredients: |

1 cup |
|
jasimine or long grain rice |
|
1/2 cup |
|
extra small pasta noodles |
|
1 tbsp |
|
broth powder or base or 3 cubes |
|
1 tsp |
|
Herb Fine' |
|
1 tbsp |
|
marjarine |
|
2 cups |
|
water |
Directions: |
|
heat margrine in heavy frypan on medium heat. Add pasta noodles and stir until light brown. remaining ingredients and stir until mixture boils then turn on low and simmer 20 minutes.
