Herb-Crusted Split Chicken Breast

  Can Substituent Thighs if you want
Ingredients:
  1 tbl   Dried thyme
  1 tbl   Dried rosemarry
  1 tbl   Rubbed sage
  1 tbl   Dried oregano
  1 tbl   Paprika
  1 tbl   Sugar
  1 tsp   Granulated garlic
  1/2 tsp   ground pepper
  6   bone in chicken Breast
  2 tbl   olive oil
  1   juice of one lemon
    parsley to garnish
Directions:
  Combine all rub ingredients and store in an airtight
container until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place chicken in an oven-
proof dish.
Rub or drizzle oil onto chicken breasts. Rub herb mixture
onto chicken, coating well.
Place chicken into oven and roast at 450 degrees for approximately
15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue to roast for
approximately 20-25 minutes.
Check a meat thermometer by sticking probe into thickest part of the chicken breast.
Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.
Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over chicken and garnish with parsle
