Herb Marinated Chicken

  Marinated Grilled or broiled Herb Chicken
Ingredients:
  6 pcs   Bonless Skinless Chicken Breast
  1/2 cip   White Wine
  3 tbls   Extra-Virgin Olive or Canola Oil
  1 tbls   White Vinger
  2 tsp   Dried Crushed Basil
  1 tsp   Dried Crushed Oregano or Tarragon
  1/2 tsp   Onion Powder
  2   Cloves Garlic minced
Directions:
  Set heavey food-storage bag on counter, place chicken breast in bag. Mix the remaining ingredients a bowl and mix well. Add to food-storage bag and turn chicken to coat. Marinate in refrigeratir 5-12 hours but no longer than 24 hours. Drain chicken reserving the marinade. Place chichen on unheated rack in a broiler pan and brush with marinade. Broil 4" - 5" inches from heat for about 20 minutes or until lightly brown, turn and broil 5-15 minutes more until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
