Herb Marinated Chicken

Marinated Grilled or broiled Herb Chicken |
Ingredients: |

Bonless Skinless Chicken Breast |
|
1/2 cip |
|
White Wine |
|
3 tbls |
|
Extra-Virgin Olive or Canola Oil |

White Vinger |
|
2 tsp |
|
Dried Crushed Basil |
|
1 tsp |
|
Dried Crushed Oregano or Tarragon |

Onion Powder |

Directions: |

Set heavey food-storage bag on counter, place chicken breast in bag. Mix the remaining ingredients a bowl and mix well. Add to food-storage bag and turn chicken to coat. Marinate in refrigeratir 5-12 hours but no longer than 24 hours. Drain chicken reserving the marinade. Place chichen on unheated rack in a broiler pan and brush with marinade. Broil 4" - 5" inches from heat for about 20 minutes or until lightly brown, turn and broil 5-15 minutes more until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
