1. Slice sausage intil 1/2 in pieces
2. Combine beans, sausage, and spices in a large skillet.
3. Bring to a boil, and then continue to simmer until sausage is cooked through.
4. In a seperate pot, cook rice.
5. Plate with rice in a bowl, and pour the sausage and beans over the top.
