Hashbrown Casserole

  Breakfast Casserole made with Hashbrowns.
Ingredients:
  2 pounds   hashbrowns
  1 stick   butter
  2 cups   cheddar cheese
  1 1/2 cups   swiss cheese
  3 pounds   sausage
  2 1/2 cups   half and half
  10 eggs   eggs
  1 tsp   salt
Directions:
  melt butter. put hasbrowns in two 9x13 pans. brush with butter. bake @ 425 for 25 mins. remove. layer on cheese, then meat. beat cream, salt and eggs together and pour over meat and cheese. Bake @ 350 for 30 mins
