Hamburger stuffed french bread***

Ingredients: |

1 loaf |
|
French Bread |
|
1 |
|
Onion, chopped |
|
3 cloves |
|
garlic, minced |
|
1 lb |
|
hamburger |
|
1 can |
|
cream of mushroom soup |
|
1 1/2 cup |
|
shredded cheese |
|
1/4 cup |
|
fresh parsley |
|
1 bag |
|
salad |
|
1 pkg |
|
fresh mushrooms |
Directions: |
|
1. Saute hamburger, garlic, onion, mushrooms & parsley
2. Preheat oven to 350F
3. Carve top of bread (leaving a cap that you will replace on top later)
4. Hallow out loaf. Break up the bread into small pieces and place in medium size bowl
5. Add hamburger mix to bread along with cream of mushroom soup
6. Mix well and place back into loaf
7. Top with cheese and replace loaf top
8. Wrap in foil and bake for 20 min
9. Slice and serve
