Hamburger Beans and rice

Ingredients:
  1 Lb   Hamburger
  1 1/2 C.   Rice
  1 15oz can   Black beans
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    Salt
    Pepper
Directions:
  Cook rice, fry hamburger, dump together aadd beans and seasonings to taste
