Ham & Spinach Casserole

Ingredients: |

3 cups |
|
cooked ham |
|
16 oz |
|
frozen carrots |
|
1 c |
|
cream of potatoe soup |
|
1 pckg |
|
frozen cream spinach |
|
1 tube |
|
crescent rolls |
Directions: |
|
cook ham 3-5 minutes, lightly browned
stir in carrots, soup, water, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Pour into 8" square pan.
Make lattice crust with rolls.
Bake at 375 for 18-22 mins. until bubbly and crust is golden brown.
