Ham & Spinach Casserole

  Ham and Veggies in cream sauce, casserole.
Ingredients:
  3 cups   cooked ham
  16 oz   frozen carrots
  1 c   cream of potatoe soup
  1 pckg   frozen cream spinach
  1 tube   crescent rolls
Directions:
  cook ham 3-5 minutes, lightly browned
stir in carrots, soup, water, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Pour into 8" square pan.
Make lattice crust with rolls.
Bake at 375 for 18-22 mins. until bubbly and crust is golden brown.
