HM Chickem Marsala

Ingredients:
  2 tsp   Olive Oil
  2 tsp   Butter
  3/4 cup   sliced mushrooms
  4 tbsp   onion
  1/2 cup   cooking marsala
  1/2 cup   chicken broth
  3 cups   steamed rice
  1 cup   broccoli
Directions:
  Cook chicken sprinkle flour on top of the chicken in s oiled skillet then remove.
In same skillet add butter mushrooms and onions for 4 min or so.
Add the chicken and 1/2 cup of marsala let it boil for 1 min then add the chicken broth let simmer fro 2 min. Serve with rice and broccoli
