HM Acapulco Enchiladas

  Preheat oven 375 degrees, boil chicken breasts for 25min
1. In bowl toss together shredded chicken, green onions, sour cream and salt
2. Dip tortillas in warm green enchillada sauce and put in the sour cream chicken mixture roll up in casserole dish.
3. Pour left over enchillada sauce over the rolled tortillas and shred some cheese on top
4. Put in oven for 25min

  1/2 cup   green onions
  1/2 cup   shredded cheese
  10   corn tortillas
  3/4 cup   sour cream
  1/2 tsp   salt
  1 lbs   chicken breasts
