HB Easy Pot Pie

Great use of leftover meat, AND my kids love it! If you are using a large pie plate be sure to double the recipe. |
Ingredients: |

frozen veggie mix |

1 c |
|
cubed leftover meat |
|
10.75 oz |
|
canned gravy |
|
1/2 c |
|
milk |
|
1 |
|
egg |
|
1 c |
|
all purpose baking mix |
Directions: |
|
Mix frozen veggie mix, meat, and gravy in pie plate. In bowl mix baking mix, egg and milk till smooth. Spread over meat mixture. Bake 350* for 30 minutes or golden brown topping.
