HB Easy Pot Pie

  Great use of leftover meat, AND my kids love it! If you are using a large pie plate be sure to double the recipe.
Ingredients:
  2 c   frozen veggie mix
  1 c   cubed leftover meat
  10.75 oz   canned gravy
  1/2 c   milk
  1   egg
  1 c   all purpose baking mix
Directions:
  Mix frozen veggie mix, meat, and gravy in pie plate. In bowl mix baking mix, egg and milk till smooth. Spread over meat mixture. Bake 350* for 30 minutes or golden brown topping.
