Grilled cod with spicy marinade

  grilled cod with spicy marinade
  1 1/2 tbs   lemon juice
  3 tbs   lime juice
  1/8 tsp   cayenne pepper
  2   minced garlic cloves
  1/3 cup   water
  1 lb   cod fillet
  2 tbs   finely chopped fresh chives
  1 tsb   finely chopped fresh thyme
  Combine lemon, lime in a bowl with cayenne, garlic and water to make the marinade. Place fish in a flat dish. Pour in all but 1/4 cup of marinade. Let stand in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. Grill or broil fish for 3-4 minutes per side, bastin often with the marinade. After removing fish from the grill or broiler, pour on remaining marinade and sprinkle with chives and thyme. Serves 2.
