  Grilled Sirloin Steaks with Cherry Tomato and Corn Relish with Baked Potatoe
Ingredients:
  4 8.0 oz each   top sirloin steaks
  1/2 cup   frozen corn, cooked
  1 lbs   cherry tomatoes, halved
  1/4 cup   finely chopped red onion
  1/2 tsp   dried basil
  2 tbsp   red wine vinegar
  1 tbsp   EVOO
    salt and pepper to taste
  4 each   baked potatoes
Directions:
  1. In a large mixing bowl combine cherry tomatoes, red onion, basil, sugar, vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

2.Preheat the grill to high. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

3.Cook the steaks on the hot grill to the desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium.

4.Serve the steaks topped with the relish.
