Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

  Marinated Flank Steak with Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients:
  2 cloves   garlic
  1 tbsp   grill seasoning blend
  1 tsp   ground cumin
  1 tbsp   worcestershire sauce
  2 tbsp   red wine vinegar
  1/3 cup   extra virgin olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
  2 lbs   flank steak
  1 box   scalloped potatoes
Directions:
  DIRECTIONS
1. Combine garlic, grill seasoning blend, cumin, worchestershire sauce, red wine vinegar and whisk in olive oil. Pour over flank steak in a zip top bag. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes or longer if desired.

2. Before grilling, sprinkle with salt and pepper so it will form a nice crust on the grill. Heat grill to medium high heat and lightly oil grates.

3. Grill flank steak for 4-6 minutes per side for medium rare. Take flank steak off and cover loosely with foil to rest for 10 minutes. Slice steak across the grain in thin slices.
